ATHLETIC COUNCIL PROCEDURES

The Athletic Council will review and discuss, in order to advise the School Committee on matters related to athletics such as the following:

• Fees for participation (so-called athletic user fees)
• Recommendations for adding or eliminating competitive sports
• Policies on intramural competition
• Athletic budget
• Athletic facilities
• Sportsmanship
• Implementation of MIAA regulations

In addition, the School Committee may ask the Athletic Council for representation on any selection committee for an Athletic Director.
