MONTHLY FISCAL REPORT AND APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURES

The school committee financial officer shall submit a monthly report on the status of the fiscal budget for the current school year as approved by the school committee.

The finance officer is given authority to approve expenditures affecting the day-to-day operation of the Gardner school system, assuming that sufficient funds exist in total of each account.
