SPECIAL MEETINGS

Special meetings may be called by the chairperson and, in his or her absence, by the vice-chairperson.

Special meetings shall be called by the chairperson upon the request of any two members of the school committee.

The call for each special meeting must state therein the purpose for which the meeting is called.

A notice of each special meeting shall be distributed by the superintendent to each member of the school committee at least 48 hours before the time set for the meeting.
