NO
Flip-Flops
We are asking you to please monitor what your children
wear to school during the nicer weather.
Our students should be dressed for school and not the beach. No flip-flops, for safety reasons, and no
clothing that are meant for the beach including belly shirts and tank
tops. Shorts are ok if they are mid
thigh or below. We want to keep a
learning environment through June 19th.
MCAS
Math, Science and History MCAS will be given the weeks of
May 12-May 26. The schedule is on the
calendar on the back of this newsletter.
It is very important that your child is present for these testing
sessions; our attendance is monitored through the Department of
Education. Students absent due to
medical issues must submit a doctor’s note. Thank you in advance for your
cooperation in this matter.
Security System
We
have a new security system that is now in place at the front door. All doors are locked throughout the day
and you must ring the bell to enter through the front door. For the after school program, a cell phone
number has been given to all participants that may need to reach Mrs. Bogart,
the coordinator of this program. The
number is 978-790-3954. Thanks for your
understanding. It is for the safety
of the school.
Volunteers
We have a great need for volunteers to help out with the
end-of-year activities. We will be
having Junior Olympics and swimming at the Greenwood pool. Information will be sent home as the
activities happen, If you plan to chaperone, please remember to fill out a CORI
form if you have not already done so.
Computerized Lunch Register
Please
do not pay for your child’s lunch in advance till further notice. The registers need to be up-dated.
