                  To update and improve all safety and security plans and procedures.

Cordone off larger areas adjacent to the building in winter in oder to protect children from falling ice and snow

 

Extend sign-in and sign-out procedures to after-school activities and all school sponsored events.

 

Continue review  of school rules with emphasis on school-wide expectations of behavior

EVIDENCE:    The secretary will be able to monitor  the door more efficiently.  .  We will have less congestion at dismissal in out-of-doors.   We will have no injuries to children from falling ice or snow.    Completed sign-in logs will be  archived    The emphasis on school wide expectations  will be visible in improved children’s behavior and less suspensions.  

 

 

 

 

GOAL 2:

 

To  continue implemention of the Research-based academic programs and utilize standardized test data to drive instructional design and delivery.

Analysis of MCAS (and other standardized test data) test results to inform instructional planning in focused areas of need and to improve the overall MCAS score by (3.8)
