The school year shall begin on a date to be established by the School Committee on an annual basis, and close on the day in June that completes the legal school session in compliance with Massachusetts Department of Education.
State regulations governing structured learning time for all students will be followed as applicable. Moreover, the calendar will set forth the days school will be in session, holidays, and vacation periods, in-service days and parental conference dates.
Graduation
date and time should be scheduled so as not to conflict with official school
related activities involving students.
