    CITY OF GARDNER NOTICE OF ACCU-VOTE COMPUTER BALLOTING PROGRAM TEST In accordance with the provisions of 950 CMR §54.02, the City Clerk will conduct a test of the City’s Accu-Vote computer balloting program on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 beginning at 8:00 A.M. in the City Council Chamber, Room 219, City Hall. The testing is open to the public. The test shall incorporate a “test deck” of optical scanner ballots for the March 3, 2020 Presidential Primary marked in such a way as to adequately test the computer program; demonstrate rejection of overvoted ballots; and test any other contents of the program which may have a bearing upon the accuracy of the count.
