In compliance with Massachusetts Student Records Regulation, the Gardner Public School District will destroy the Special Education records of any Gardner student who transferred, graduated, withdrew or terminated from Special Education programs or services prior to June 30, 2015.
To obtain records please contact the Special Education Dept. at 978-630-4076 before 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 24, 2022. All unclaimed student records meeting the above criteria will be destroyed after the June 24th deadline.
