As part of the ongoing revitalization of Downtown Gardner, the location of the former Theater will be redeveloped into a community greenspace area as well as additional parking opportunities. To facilitate the construction, pedestrian and vehicular access to the parcel will be forbidden during the entirety of the project. The area, located at 32 Parker Street, will be fenced off at the Parker Street and Connors Street side beginning Monday, November 26th, 2018.
