2. PLEASE, MAKE SURE TO LEAVE YOUR CONTAINER CURBSIDE FOR COLLECTION UNTIL YOU RECEIVE SERVICE.  

   Please remember that trash toters, recycle toters and yard waste containers must be placed at the curb for collection no later than 7am on your collection day. Trash or recycle toters that are not out by 7am or that are overstuffed in any manner will not be emptied. Lids must be closed. If your toter has been reported as 'not out' or 'overstuffed' by the collection driver, they are unable to retrieve your toter until your next regular trash day.

4. Yellow City pay-as-you-throw bags to dispose of extra trash may be purchased and placed curbside. These can be purchased individually for $3.50 each at the Gardner Board of Health, (Room 29) in City Hall, or in rolls of 10 for $35 at Hannafords, Aubuchons, or Price Chopper. If you have excess trash and/or recyclables, you may also obtain a transfer station sticker to dispose of the overflow.

6. YARD WASTE INFO:  Barrels must have the lids removed. Yard Waste bags or barrels must not weigh over 50 lbs.  Branches must be less than 2" in diameter, not to exceed 3 feet long and bundled. Containers should not contain should not contain soil, sod or rocks.
