NOTIFICATION OF SCHOOL COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Except in an emergency, a notice of each school committee meeting shall be filed with the Gardner City Clerk, and the notice or a copy thereof shall, at least forty-eight hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays prior to such meeting, be publicly posted in the office of such clerk on the principal official bulletin board of such municipality and on the School District Website. “Emergency” shall mean a sudden, generally unexpected occurrence or set of circumstances demanding immediate action.
A notice of each regular and special meeting shall be printed in a legible, easily understandable format and shall contain the date, time and place of such meeting and a listing of the topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.
